Insurance
We accept most insurance plans and as a courtesy to you we will file all dental insurance claims on your behalf. Our office is contracted with Wellmark Blue Dental, Principal Dental Plans, and all Delta Dental Plans (Premier Level Provider), except for the Dental Wellness Plan.
We make every effort to help you maximize your dental benefits. Our practice may be considered out of network for certain dental insurance plans. By being selective about insurance participation, we are able to prioritize exceptional care and high-quality materials, while keeping treatment accessible for patients without dental insurance. Many of our patients do not carry insurance, and are surprised to learn they are not limited to choosing a dentist from an insurance company’s directory.
