OUR IN HOUSE MEMBERSHIP PLAN

We are so pleased to announce that we are implementing an in house Dental Membership Plan!  What is the Membership plan?  It is a membership-based dental savings plan that provides the quality care you deserve at a price you can afford.  Members pay an annual fee to receive regular exams, cleanings and X-rays along with access to significantly reduced rates on all other restorative and cosmetic dental procedures performed in our office.  This plan also offers other benefits including no annual limits and no waiting periods.  This allows quick access to the care you need!  This membership plan is only available if you do not have dental insurance.

*NO yearly maximums, deductibles, claim forms, frequencies, pre-authorizations, pre-existing conditions, no denial for coverage and NO waiting periods.

The membership plan includes:

2 Annual Exams with Cleanings and all Necessary X-rays

Perio Plan: up to 4 Perio Maintenance Cleanings, 2 Exams and all Necessary X-ray

1 Emergency Exam and Necessary X-rays

Oral Cancer Screening

Up to 2 Fluoride Treatments When Indicated

1 Cosmetic Consultation

15% Discount  on All Other Dental Treatments to receive the discount payment is due at the time of services.

This is NOT dental insurance, rather a savings plan.  This savings plan cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance or other discounts.  This plan is not available to other offices such as specialists offices.

We file all insurance and offer Care Credit financing along with all major credit cards and have an in house dental membership available for those who do not have dental insurance.

We comply with the CDC, OSHA and HIPAA-- Providing you with the knowledge that your personal information is secure.  We use encryption on all dental insurance claims and X-rays we send to specialists or other dental offices.

We want you to feel comfortable in knowing that we follow strict guidelines in sterilizing and disinfecting. We are protecting you along with ourselves.
