Lauren-office manager

Lauren began her dental career in 2008 and has held many roles, including chairside assisting, scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination. She moved from Colorado to Earlham in 2019 and has been apart of the EFD team since 2021. If you ever have any questions, she is your gal! When she isn’t at the office, you can find her cheering on her kids at their many sporting events.

Danielle- dental hygienist

Danielle is a Saint Louis, Missouri native who has proudly been part of the Van Meter community for the past 10 years. She graduated from Des Moines Area Community College in 2020 and has spent the majority of her career in public health, caring for patients of all ages from newborns to seniors.  Danielle is passionate about creating positive dental experiences and helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and proud of their smiles. Outside of the office, she is a mom of three who loves spending time with her family, crafting, and can often be found treasure hunting the aisles of Costco, even when she only went in for one thing.

adri- dental hygienist

Adri is originally from Grimes and now lives in West Des Moines with her boyfriend, Parker. She completed her dental hygiene education at DMACC in 2025, where she was honored the IDHA Outstanding Student Award. Adri loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys traveling, shopping, karaoke, and spending time with friends and family. She’s excited to get to know the Earlham community and help keep their smiles healthy and bright!

amy- dental assistant

Amy has been a dental assistant for 28 years and brings a wealth of experience and humor to our office every day. She lives in Earlham with her husband and is a newly proud empty nester, as their son has graduated from Earlham and is finishing his apprenticeship to become an electrician. Outside of work, Amy loves warm weather and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. When you see her for your appointment, you’re sure to leave with a brighter smile and probably a new joke or two in your back pocket.

michaela- dental assistant

Michaela was born and raised in the small town of Redfield, Iowa. She graduated from the neighboring school of West Central Valley. Michaela is passionate about dentistry and takes pride in providing efficient, compassionate care to patients. Outside of the dental office, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors and shopping. She also enjoys the company of her cat, Cow.
